I love blue eyed babies!

My kids both have dark brown eyes...and blue eyes are so different to photograph! Isn't this little one a doll! I took photos of her at 3 months and now, again, at 6 months. What a personality she's become! She was a delight!

One of my favorite families!

This family of three sisters are one of my absolute faves! The moms actually perform Wiggles songs in the background (complete with dancing!) to get the kids to look and smile and enjoy themselves. They are so flexible on location and activities, that it makes it easy to get great shots of the kiddos. On this shoot our goal was a picture of all the grandkids and the families newest granddaughter.

Another birthday!

This birthday queen is the daughter of a sweet and wonderful friends of mine. It has been a joy to watch her grow. I can't believe she's one already!!

One year old

There's nothing cuter than a one year old covered in cake...I think that's why I love photographing baby birthday parties! And, I think first birthday parties are the event that I get calls for most. I first met this little cutie last spring and it was so fun to see how much she's grown in a few short months. Happy birthday Lily!!!

What a wonderful couple!

This wedding was held at beautiful Lake Cumberland and way such fun. The love between these two was obvious in every shot. I wish them much happiness! The bride's two little daughter's were very adorable and sweet to photograph.

The end of a fun week...

This may have been the busiest week I've ever had, business-wise. Five babies and a senior photo session, all since last Sunday. Thanks so much to all my customers who continue to refer their friends!!!!! My business is building on your kind words and I am truly grateful.

HOT AND HUMID!!

The weather was overwhelming, but this lovely young lady was a trooper. We did a 2 hour senior session in 90 degree heat and swampy humidity and she was nothing but fun for the entire time. Not to mention she is absolutely lovely.

Big blue eyes!

There's just something wondrous about new people! This little gal is about 4 months old and her eyes are amazing. She was a joy to view through my camera's viewfinder. I was excited as soon as I saw her through the front window.

Vacation!

Vacation was fun and exhausting! We went to two beaches, Disney and Universal. Whew!

Another weekend full of great clients! Today's was an old friend. First photographed this little guy when he was only days old and now he's 10 months. He was a trooper and we did some pre and post nap photos (and during nap!)

I need more practice with families!

Anyone want to come be my guinea pig family? I have done more individual kids than family groups and my family definitely doesn't want to be my test subjects! I am pleased with how many of these turned out...hope the family likes them. They were really sweet.

Though Elijah had a nose bleed just as we were getting ready to go out for a walk, we did manage to take a few photos. I was so afraid that Chloe would bop him and it would bleed again...he gets very upset about nosebleeds. The light was weird and so were the kids!

What a great day!

I got to take pictures for a family with a new baby and of two beautiful teenage girls. I had a ball! Doing a maternity/family shoot tomorrow...it's a busy weekend.
